Rules inside your Page inbox
Yammbot connects to the official Messenger API for your Facebook Page. Permissions are restricted to messages and comments: nothing about followers, personal data or your posts.
Plugged into the official Messenger API. Minimal permissions: messages and comments only. Rules by label, quick-reply menus, welcome message and smart human handoff when a real person needs to step in.

One Yammbo account can manage multiple Facebook Pages: regional brands, sub-brands.
Only messages and comments. Never followers, never personal data, never your posts.
Import up to 30 recent threads to seed the bot with the patterns you already replied to.
When the customer asks for "human", the bot pauses that thread for 24h and pings you.
Each rule can show up to 6 quick-reply buttons, the native Messenger interaction.
The rules engine is the same one that powers WhatsApp: keyword, regex, AI per-rule. The Messenger-specific layer adds quick-reply buttons, label-based segmentation, public-comment handling and human handoff with sentiment detection.

Tag a customer "VIP" and a specific rule answers with the right tone and discount. Other labels trigger other templates. Labels can be applied by you or by the bot itself (regex-based auto-tagging).
When someone messages your Page for the first time, Yammbot sends a personalized greeting with a quick-reply menu, the native Messenger interaction your audience already knows.
When no rule matches, ChatGPT improvises with your brand prompt and the conversation context. You see what it answered and can promote that pattern into a rule for next time.
If the customer types "human" or the bot detects negative sentiment, the thread pauses for 24h and you get an email + push notification to take over. Resumes automatically after.
Pull the last 30 threads from your Page to use as training material. The bot suggests rules based on what you already replied, turning your past work into a head start.
Stores that get "is this available?" messages on published products. The bot reads your catalog and replies with price, stock and product link. Cuts first-response time by 70%.
Hair salons, dentists, mechanics. The bot asks service, preferred date and time, validates against your calendar, then confirms or proposes alternatives. You only see closed bookings.
Pages with high traffic getting the same questions over and over (hours, location, how to buy). The bot catches 80% of those and only escalates the specific cases to your support team.
Businesses with one Page per country or city. Each Page has its own rules, hours and templates, all managed from a single Yammbo dashboard.
No server, no DNS, no code. OAuth into Facebook, pick a Page, train the bot with your existing threads.
Log in with Facebook from the dashboard. Authorize Yammbot to read and reply to messages. Only messages and comments. You can revoke access any time from your Facebook business settings.
If you want to train the bot with real cases, we import the last 30 threads. This helps you see what patterns exist and create sharper rules from day one.
The first message anyone new receives. Visual editor with quick replies (the rapid-option buttons). Personalize with the user's name, your business hours, links.
Same editor as the other channels. Rules apply identically; only the triggers vary by channel (Messenger adds quick-reply taps as an extra trigger type).
On/off toggle. Dashboard with metrics: messages replied, threads escalated, most-frequent keywords. Iterate until the bot catches 80% of the volume.
We are not putting a date on it yet. It is in development; the rules engine and AI layer are shared with the WhatsApp channel that is already live, so the heavy lifting is done. The Messenger-specific work is the OAuth flow, the Page inbox bridge, the quick-reply editor and the label trigger. Join the waitlist from app.yammbo.com to get early access.
Only messages and comments. No access to followers, posts, page insights, payment info or personal data. You authorize through Facebook's standard OAuth and can revoke any time from Business Manager. We never read messages from users who have not contacted your Page first.
No. Facebook only exposes the messaging API to Pages (and the underlying Page must be linked to a business asset). Personal accounts cannot use programmatic messaging. That is Facebook's policy, not ours.
Yes. One Yammbo account can manage as many Pages as you authorize. Rules, labels and welcome messages live per Page. You can copy rule sets between Pages from the dashboard.
Meta's native auto-reply is one static greeting per Page with no logic. Yammbot adds full rules engine (keyword, regex, AI), ChatGPT improv when no rule matches, label-based segmentation, smart human handoff, webhooks to your backend and metrics. Most teams keep both: Meta's greeting outside business hours, Yammbot during the day.
Yes, that's a separate trigger from inbox messages. The bot can either reply in public or redirect the conversation to DM (recommended for privacy and conversion). Configurable per comment-rule.
